Returns
You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The seal is intact and unbroken.
- The product is suitable for resale after inspection.
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, the return request may be declined.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- A ₹200 return and processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid (including applicable taxes and payment processing charges).
- The remaining refund amount will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds are generally processed within 10 working days after approval.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
- If cancelled within this period, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Products returned after 15 days from the delivery date.
- Products that have been used, opened, damaged, or have a broken seal.
- Products returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.
- Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or because the customer did not accept the shipment.
Returned Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us because of unsuccessful delivery attempts or the customer was unavailable to receive the package, a refund will not be issued. However, we can re-dispatch the order after payment of the applicable courier/reshipping charges.
